I've bought and sold camera gear through Camera Jungle and have always had an excellent experience from initial quote, through collecting my gear to final payment. Equally, gear I've bought has been exactly as described on the website. Prices are competitive and the service is great!

Camerajungle offered the best price for the sale of my camera equipment, quite a bit higher than their competitors. My emails were answered swiftly and being able to drop my camera off to their partner Jessops in Bath instead of posting or arranging a courier was invaluable. I dealt with Adam from the off and would recommend this company.

Competitive price, fantastic communication, swift payment
I first sold a lens to Camera Jungle several years ago, and the process worked flawlessly. I turned to their site again recently to sell another lens. However, I was slightly concerned to read a few negative reviews dotted among the larger volume of positive write-ups. Nonetheless, the price offered was highly competitive, and, based on my previous experience, I cautiously decided to proceed with Camera Jungle again.
I need not have worried. After sending off my lens, the communication was excellent and the payment arrived swiftly. Based on my interactions with Camera Jungle, I could not recommend them more highly, and I would not hesitate to sell my gear through them again in the future.

This company have gone down hill fast
Item sent for payment but was not advised Identification was needed to be sent with item. I sent this by email later. No urgency was given in processing the item. When this was eventually done I was advised it would take 3-5 working days for payment to be made. Like many other companies who start out to be good this one has gone down hill fast.

Thank you Adam at Camera Jungle. Communication was excellent. We would all like more for our camera's and accessories but I have to admit, Camera Jungle are the professionals and I accept their investigation / feedback. I was happy with the overall price as I would have only left my expensive camera in a cupboard as it turns out I'm no photographer. Thank you Adam & Camera Jungle.

Do not sell your stuff to camera jungle
I wish I had read the reviews first. My husband dropped off my Nikon 70d and 2 lenses 2 weeks ago at the Oxford street address after having an on line quote and purchase order, and now I can’t get through to phone or get any response from e mail. I am considering whether this should be pursued legally ..

My daughter was looking for a camera that would be suitable for college, and after trying the usual go tos like currys, cex I just couldn't find anything within my price range. Luckily I got in touch with Adam via email, he was very honest on pricing and helped provide a better understanding for what I was after. My partner has also been looking to trade in a Canon lense which we got a very fair price for, better than we'd received through cex. Very happy with the quality of service and would highly recommend to everyone looking to buy or trade!

Do not use Camerajungle.Co.uk!
Please save yourself a great deal of trouble and NEVER use Camerajungle.Co.uk! I purchased a Canon5D from them and paid online by debit card on 24th Feb. When I hadn’t recieved the camera 5 days later I chased them and was told the order was cancelled and a refund would be made. They told me to pay by credit card also which I did. Despite numerous chasers they still haven’t refunded my so I have paid for it twice! It’s now 6 weeks later and still no refund so I am commencing Court Procedings.
The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! Do not buy from this company. Spent £640 on a lens that was supposed to be in ‘mint condition’. They sent it to me with a clearly obvious faulty manual focus. Still waiting for my refund 4 weeks later. Have had to open a dispute through paypal. Awful company. Do not believe their promises of refunds etc. They will hold on to your money for as long as possible.

Sold camera through trade-in and never got payed
Sold my only camera and three lenses with it through trade-in and a DHL courier came to collect it and still after 4 weeks of the collection I still haven't got a response about the payment! I tried to call them but they didn't even pick up once. I emailed them many times but still haven't got a response or a payment!

Jayme, Jack and Adam are all 5 Stars! Recently traded in my Nikon D850 as I'd been umming and Ahhing about it for a while. Jayme was able to setup a collection for me after I emailed them, DHL came the next day for me. Jack kept me updated when my camera arrived in with their inspection team and Adam confirmed the inspection was a success and processed the payment for me. Really speedy and easy to use. Will look to buy some equipment from them later on in the year
Recently Traded in my Sony a7 mk3
Recently Traded in my Sony a7 mk3. Really easy to make a quote on their website, emailed them and had my camera collected next day. A day later they confirmed the valuation and then i got paid only a couple of days later :) Really easy to use, Jack and Adam who I spoke with were really easy, answered the few questions I had - will use again when I trade in my new A7 4 :D

Just unbelievably BAD purchased a 6d " MINT " the LCD screen was scratched Badly on 16th Jan ,Returned a few days later ,it is now the 10Feb , and i have not received Refund , just emails and then ignored for a few days , Jessops you need to sort this Bunch out !!!! Complete opposite to MPB allways Top Service
